Out of Sight, Out of Mind
01/23/2017

The little moments you can have with your child can't happen unless you are THERE all day, raising your children. My favorite moments were dinner around the table, talking about the highlights of our day, and then later watching my 3-year-old's face in awe as I blew bubbles with my gum. She love to pop them on my face. That one wasn't a big moment but it was a memorable one-- watching her stare at me like I was some sort of hero for being able to blow a big bubble and then hearing her sweet giggle when it popped.

That wouldn't have happened if I was at work all day or came home too tired and frazzled to play silly games and pay attention to her. Thank you Dr. Laura for giving me the support to enjoy the gift that is our children's childhood. You make more of a difference than you'll ever know.
