I heard you say that you 'don't do brunch' for Mother's Day and that you'd rather go hiking or to the shooting range. You laughed, and said, "Guess that makes us a pretty unusual family, but that's what works for us!"
I chuckled to myself because last year for Mother's Day, my two children took me hiking in the morning and to the range in the afternoon. "Unusual" makes you interesting...being "normal" is overrated!
