Family Negotiation
06/24/2016

Learning to negotiate with family is the hardest thing I've ever had to learn. To minimize drama, I won't engage in unproductive argument. Sometimes that means keeping my mouth shut and sometimes it means saying "No".

I try to be honest with myself and manage my own expectation; keeping it in line with reality. I'm not going to change my family. Instead, I look for the win-win whenever possible.
