Pangaea
Good morning, Dr. Laura (Yes, it's technically morning here on the east coast and I'm still up...I'm going to regret that tomorrow... It's hard to sleep these days though.)

HOWEVER, I had an interaction today that I hope brings a smile to your face.

My toddler is having surgery to repair a hernia tomorrow. (Please say a prayer for him and for me and my husband's strength.  Now you know why I can't sleep.) Yet another nice sounding lady called me today to gather the same information for the umpteenth time and when she asked how "he" (A TODDLER!) identified his race/ethnicity, I had had enough and I blurted out "Pangaean." [insert confused pause] "Prove me wrong," I said.  I'm pretty sure she had NO idea what I was talking about given her nervous laugh, but at least I was laughing by the end of the phone call.

OK. Yes. I'm a total dork.
