Timeless Advice from Mom

 

 

The best advice my mother ever gave me was:

"Do not ever write down anything that you would not want the whole world to read."

 
I have followed that advice my whole life and it has saved me many a time! That and the reverse:

"Never believe everything you read." 

These days, you must be careful with everything; not only with your words but also with what you choose to believe.
