I wanted to let you in on a little trick I do when I am feeling a bit overwhelmed with family stuff and day to day chores. Instead of thinking I "have" to do something, ie. laundry, groceries, etc, I think instead I "get" to do these things for my family. It changes the whole perspective and makes me want to do a better job.
