I know lately you've been speaking about how to eat healthier on a budget. When you think of it, it's really not that hard. People say that healthy food is more expensive than not so healthy food. It is really all about your choices.
Instead of buying a bag of chip or that ice cream, spend the same amount of money on a healthy snack. Instead of paying $5 for a latte, get a medium size smoothie or one of those smoothie bowls for the same price. I actually do enjoy a latte once in a while, but it is not a staple of mine. One every month or two is just fine. Moderation is key.
As far as exercise is concerned, walking is free!
