A: | No, you do not need an iPod or an MP3 player to use our podcasts. You will, however, need podcast subscription software. Many podcasting programs are available free of charge. |
Q: | How do I subscribe to a podcast? |
A: | You will first need to download and install podcast subscription software on your computer. We recommend Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Pocket Casts, Overcast, Downcast, Podcast Addict, or iTunes. After the installation is complete, copy and paste the URL for the podcast you want to subscribe to into the software. A: | 1. Download and install iTunes or Apple Podcasts for Mac on your computer. Open either program once successfully installed. 2. In your web browser, go to DrLaura.com and log in. You must be a Dr. Laura Family Premium Podcast Member to access our podcasts. 3. Navigate to http://www.drlaura.com/programhighlights and click the "Listen in iTunes" button in Windows, "Listen in Apple Podcasts" button on Mac, or the "Apple Podcasts" icon on iPhone or iPad. The podcast will be added to iTunes or Apple Podcasts automatically. |

Q: | Why isn't the podcast updating properly? |
A: | If you have previously been able to podcast the files, you may just need to log out of your membership account on drlaura.com and log back into your account, then update the podcast in iTunes, Apple Podcasts, or your podcasting app.
This should reset your connection to the servers and release the files available in your podcast. |
