Today's Decline In Standards
11/04/2015

The Baby Boom generation is the last generation tied to the hard work and sacrifices of our parents' generation.

They overcame the depression, as well as World War ll! Their everyday encounters with their children had passed on the values that helped to shape post World War ll America. All that has been erased in the succeeding generations of Americans.

We called our friend's parents by Mr. & Mrs. We respected our classmates and friends. The changing culture in America has led to the moral decline and the blossoming of the Me generation. Our music's lyrics of "Take good care of my Baby", is now replaced with violent and sexual overtones. At sixty-eight years old, I have become extremely cynical and hold great concern for the future of America. I hope they prove me wrong.
