How can you not know when your spouse is not happy? You can go into a room, not know anybody in there, just look around and you can tell who's happy. It's not hard - look at the body language and facial expressions. But when you are living with somebody, how do you know if they're happy or not? More >>

A lot of you are struggling with making sure you keep your jobs in this economic climate. Is competition good for kids? I'm going to give you the short answer and the long answer. The short answer? After about 8 years old, it's absolutely necessary. Before 8 years old, most kids are not really ready to process competition and what it means, and what the rules are and what's fair, and what failure means and the rest of that.
